• Digital resources (e.g., reports, e-certificates) are delivered instantly to the registered email address, or within 48 hours where manual verification is required.

3. Delivery Methods

• Physical items are shipped via reliable courier services or India Post.
• Delivery timelines depend on the recipient’s location, usually 5–12 working days within India.
• Currently, we do not offer international shipping unless specifically mentioned for an event or program.

4. Shipping Charges

Unless otherwise stated, DakshamA Health covers the cost of shipping for awareness and program-related materials. If any charges apply, they will be clearly communicated at the time of registration or order.

5. Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, DakshamA Health is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, strikes, etc.).
