All donations made to DakshamA Health are non-refundable. Once a donation is received, it is applied immediately towards our programs and initiatives. We do not provide refunds for voluntary contributions.
If you have registered for a paid event and wish to cancel your participation, you may request cancellation at least 7 days before the event date. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative charges.
In case of accidental/double payment, please write to us at communications@dakshamahealth.org within 7 days. Upon verification, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment gateway.
DakshamA Health reserves the right to amend this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
